Gratitude in all its forms

“When you arise the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself.”

 Tecumseh Great (Native American Chief)

We exercise gratitude by opening our hearts to all that is given us; joy comes pouring into our lives especially in those dark moments we encounter.

In short its  a miricle! things dark or troubling trials melt away. Gratitude can heighten our ability solve. it gives us wiggle room to think and move forward. I use the gratitude technique in much of my painting and life. I strive to be grateful for hard times and good times. Weather working on major painting making a simple drawings. gratefulness is a lamp I like to use.
